Welcome to safesitter, the online directory to find and book vetted babysitters for evenings. By accessing safesitter at safesitter.club, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

safesitter provides a platform connecting families with background-checked babysitters available for evening engagements. Additional offerings may include digital guides and physical childcare-related items.

3. Booking and Fees

To secure a babysitter, users must complete the booking process and pay the fee displayed at time of booking. safesitter facilitates the payment to the babysitter after service completion.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

4.1 Babysitting Services

Families may cancel or reschedule bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Full refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation. Rescheduling requests submitted at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated based on sitter availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable due to the sitter’s reserved time.

4.2 Information Products

Digital guides and similar materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

4.3 Physical Goods

Merchandise must be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Product swaps are not available; to obtain a different item, please place a new order.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate personal information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and comply with local regulations regarding childcare services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, safesitter and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from platform use, bookings, or content.
